ONCE YOUR SERVICES START
Bookmark the SK Dashboard: On your first day of service with Social Kapture, you’ll receive a personalized login to our reporting dashboard. This tool is built to deliver your community's live social media and ads data, so make sure you have easy access!
Install our Pixel: Our team will send you a pixel to install on your community’s website that will provide you with even more specific and useful reporting in the SK Dashboard. Once the pixel has been installed, confirm with our team so we can make sure you get the most out of your data.
Learn more about SK: By attending an orientation call, you can connect with your Account Manager, tour the SK Dashboard and find out more about how your onsite team can submit custom content requests to us. FOR ONGOING SUCCESS
Customize some content: The onsite team at your community will also receive an SK Dashboard login on launch day, which gives them access to our content request tool. They can provide quick updates like property events, team highlights or leasing specials and we’ll turn those into beautiful, on-brand content.
Rely on our expertise: Particularly for our social and Google ads clients, it’s important to not delete or edit any SK-created ads. Changes like this reset the learning algorithm and hurt your ad performance. Rest assured that our team is always tuned in to performance so that your community gets optimal results. If there is something that you feel must be changed, you can contact us any time!
