Annette Valle
After over a decade working in the apartment industry, starting as a Property Manager and eventually serving as National Director of Leasing and Marketing, I became an expert in building strategies to move assets from pre-leased to stabilized. My leadership roles have spanned the full spectrum of multifamily communities, including student housing, new constructions, rebranded assets and beyond. That experience inspired the idea for Social Kapture. Today, SK has grown into an industry-leading agency of content creators who deliver comprehensive social and digital marketing strategies for our clients nationwide.
Fun fact: I love to travel and have been to 31 different countries!
Our Story
Social Kapture was founded on May 24, 2016 by Annette Valle after more than a decade working in the apartment industry. Her experience, starting as a property manager and eventually becoming National Director of Leasing and Marketing, inspired the concept for SK. Today, SK is an industry-leading agency for digital marketing made up of creatives and experts who deliver comprehensive social and digital marketing strategies for our clients nationwide.
